Kyle was born and raised in Natchitoches, Louisiana.  He graduated from Northwestern State University in 1995 with a B.A. degree in Political Science. Kyle earned his Juris Doctorate from the Southern University Law Center in 1999, graduating magna cum laude and first in his law school class. Before going into private practice, Kyle clerked for the Honorable Judge Marc T. Amy, Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and served as a staff attorney for the United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana. Kyle practiced law in Jackson, Mississippi for several years before returning to Louisiana and joining the firm in 2008. Kyle’s primary area of practice is estate planning, with an emphasis on planning for the elderly and individuals with special needs.  Kyle is a member of the Louisiana and Mississippi Bar Associations, as well as the Shreveport Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Special Needs Alliance. Kyle is married to Marla Moore and they have three children, James, William, and Thomas.
